The Best over all Ethnic food i ever ate and the People there were have the nicest personality we ever seen in any Restraunt we ever been to and im 56yrs. Old. They are the BEST you will find plus the FOOD was so DELICIOUS, you all must atleast try it. Organic and Regular. THE BEST EVER.

The New Wave Maki was fantastic. Gyoza was also very good. Great vegetarian options also. The sushi boat ( we didn't order it but did see it at another table) looked great.

Excellent sushi and great service. We came in at 8:00 on a Wednesday (they were open til 10:00 or we would not have stopped) and the staff was courteous and attentive despite the fact we were the only patrons. It was clear they had been busy that night from the number of tables yet to be cleared or set, yet they were friendly and made us feel welcome. Good experience all around.

Blue Fuji is a staple at our house. My wife and I are both vegetarians and they're selection is spectacular. The service always comes with a cheery smile and they all seem to deeply enjoy their jobs. The interior asthetic is also very clean and brightly colored. If you haven't tried the Blue Fuji, you should.
